Just wanted to share a bit on a couple of new technologies for your web site and maybe give my company a shameless plug while doing so.

Here's how it works. The user will click the "call me now" button and a new screen will pop up asking them for some simple information. Name, phone number and when they would like to talk with you. They will also have the option to connect via VOIP. When they have entered the information and clicked submit, a lead is sent to you directly. If you have set your status to available in your control panel than your phone will ring...you will be asked if you wish to connect and if yes the users phone will ring and the two of you will be on your way to making the transaction.
If you are away from the phone or off duty than all of your leads are still filed into your lead managment system and can be sent to you via text message, email or voicemail.
I'm very enthusiastic about the capabilities of this product for the real-estate industry. It's new and it's exciting. While we don't have many competitors in this area at this point we are still the most cost effeciant. We have had this technology for some time and we don't have any debt service so we are passing on the savings to you.
