I just tried to edit my signature and this is the test to see if it is working. Great idea, I wish I had seen this post earlier.

Ok, I found out that you have to actually do the UBB and not the HTML to make this work. I found a good sample on a google search at http://webboard.pinnaclesys.com/ubbcode.html

I just copied what they did and it worked.

I just do not understand why people get soooooo involved with things that do not matter in SEO. if You stay with basics you will do well. When you get to the point where you get to the point of arguement about seo, you are then getting away from pure SEO. It is this simple. Get other relevent sites to link to you with proper anchor text. and make your site as relevent to the target words or phrases as you can. Nothing more! Everything else is a bunch of B.S. to make yourself feel better!

jcorkern1.... Welcome to the site.... Links are very important...however... the right links are whats important and done the right way.... although you'll never rank for anything without links...there are many factors that your blanket statements ignore... Keep in mind you are talking to realtors....not webmasters... Since you are new to the site and are a proclaimed expert....please post the url's of your site(s) and those of any REAL ESTATE client sites you have worked your expertise for... It'll be good to get some serios seo discussion going again

If you want urls I will send them to you. The statement is accurate even though it is a blanket statement. The reason I do not post sites is that I do not try to generate Biz from forums. But will give the url to one now I will not anchor it in a free forum. This is one of the most recent sites. The url was registered Jan 22nd of 2006 and is already top 10 in msn.for every term. Most in the top 3. Google is starting to climb already for the major keywords and it currently has 1 #1 in google and 1 #2 in google and has for almost 3 weeks. the URL is www.houstonmortgageloan.net As soon as it get top(Google) the top for the main keywords within 4 to 6 months I will sell this site to a mortgage broker It is currently taking up space and used as a lead generation site. Just needed some content to get it up top. I currently have about 5 to six sites that are in the same time frame as this site. as far as customers sites. If you are doing Biz with me I will provide this info. If you want to look at other sites of mine just ask and I will send them to YOU or whom ever request to validate my claims. I just do not have the ego problem that others have. Its just a job!

Just another note: to show my faith in my abilities(and this is my company policy) I never charge a customer UNTIL i get them to the top! That is right!Not even a set-up fee! There are so many scam artist out there claiming SEO that I produce before I get paid! How is that for legit? And it would be very stupid to work with this agreement If I couldent get results!
