No, I don't allow visitors to enter their own reason. They have to pick from the drop down. But the Realtor who own the website can enter as many reasons as they want, then set up a email follow up campaign to automatically follow up with that lead.

The popup isn't disabled... the popup will only work if you click one of the links that is set to create the popup. If you scrolled down and selected any other link, then the popup won't occur.
