What purpose would you expect "your very own showcase" to serve in terms of furthering your success?

What does it do that you can't do on your own?

Is this a House Values product? If so, I wouldn't trust it. Probably--very expensive and you will more than likely have to sign a year or so contract.

It is a HouseValues product. Personally, I'm skeptical of companies that advertise to get the (unqualified)prospects, then package them and resell them to agents who have no internet strategy for a fat premium. The high fees charged for these products would be better spent on a good pay-per-click campaign and some search optimization for a less expensive template site. As a cost effective solution, I think that would work best. I own a company that provides template sites to massachusetts real estate agents - and my product costs for a year what some of these products charge for a month

Confirmed - Yes this is a HouseValues product. It has the following on the bottom of the site:

As far as HouseValues leads, I have personally never used it so I have no comments.

It is a HouseValues.com product and anyone who has any net experience will go to it and say, ok, aerial photos but not much else.

You will pay a handsome fee to be in a rotation with other agents and there are no lead guarantees.

Take the $300/month and spend it on PPC or hire an reputable SEO helper and you'll come out far ahead.
