Hello,
I can't tell you which company or designer to use, but I can offer some ideas that might get you thinking.
When choosing, perhaps ask these questions:
How much functionality do you want?
Do you want canned or custom content such as articles?
Does the vendor/designer offer search engine optimization such as meta tags, reciprocal links?
If you choose a vendor, do they allow custom HTML pages?
Do you want dynamic, multimedia components?
Do you want a solution that is scalable and will grow with your business?
There are so many options available to you when deciding on building a website that it can certainly become overwhelming. I always tell my clients to do lots of research (like you're doing now). If I can help you answer any questions you have - from my perspective of working with many agents around the country, I'd be happy to.
Good luck!
