Link popularity is exactly how it sounds the more links of your domain out there the higher you ideally will get placed in the SE.
But your information has to be relevant to the keywords.
Also with the appearance of your current website I'm not sure how high your site will rank because you have a lot of information/words on that landing page. You should try to consolidate that information to specific links and buttons that open up to that information.
The company I work for will put 5-6 links to your website on each one of your listings. But we're a members only website.

Hello everybody, I've updated my site just recently, so please let me know what you think. I've added the Handshake listings to my site through Point2 network and online chat.
This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
