I have been on Point2agent with a base website for a long while and while it works (if I tell people about it) it is rather boring.

I want to start 2007 off right with a better looking website where I can control the content.

Point2Agent price is $40 monthly

Web611 price is $20monthly

Anyone have any recommendations?

I'm wondering the same thing. I've been reading older posts and now I'd like to add another site and am curious what others have to say.

For example I like Dee in Austin's classy layout.

Any suggestions for low cost sites keeping in mind I can build my own sites but do not wish to expend too much time in doing so... Any other suggestions?

With the new blog module, Point2Agent is a slam-dunk for me. I've had my own site for six years and I'm retiring it with my P2A site taking over.

If you don't know how effective blogging is, I had my own self-made site for six years, studied and implemented SEO and PPC. After six years, finally made PR5.....blog did it in nine months with absolutely no concern for SEO. When P2A introduced the blog beta this month, I immediately moved posts from my other blog into it and expect great results.

Visit: RealPinions.com or more specifically the portion of the site dedicated to Web Site Vendors for a directory of web site vendors along with some info on what they charge, if they have free trials, etc.

Eventually I expect reviews from agents to let the best sites rise to the top of the list.

Just an FYI for everyone ... There's a new system that is a collaboration between Brian Rodgers and my company that some members here are just getting their first look at. It isn't released to the public just yet but I will tell you with confidence that it will make just about everything else out there obsolete and include everything you could ever need ....

Once we get the first few hundred users in there now all squared away and finish all the tuorials I'll post a free trial in the product forums here for Agentsonline.net members only \:\)

I have used Point 2 Agent for 3 years. I have had my current domain and site since 2/06. My site is a PR4 and we are generating 3 closed transactions a month. We have listed 15 homes off of our Point 2 agent site the past 2 months. I like it!

This is a shameless promotion, but I have several thousand agents and brokers as clients, many of them have been using us for over 10 years.

We bundle the web site with a marketing package of sending your listings to most of the major real estate portals, including craigslist.

This generates buyer leads cost effectively for the agents and brokers.

You can visit www.postyourlistings.com for more info, and for our client list.

Gary -

This may be the best thing on the web - but you want a credit card number and I did not find a fee! Did I miss it?

The team I am on has switched from Success websites to webagent solutions. It has a killer back end where we can track all of our clients and advertising. We currently have two websites and they are free.

We charge $29/mo for unlimited listings with no contract or setup charges.

I'ts no secret anymore the big lead generator is craigslist, we speed load your listings there, with no cutting and pasting of any html, it's done automatially.

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post my own thoughts on this here as I'm obviously biased (having my own company specific to real estate website design), but we offer much more than design. our CMS has built in lead generation tools, newsletter manager, link manager, blog, great photo capabilities, google maps and quite a bit more. We don't offer just website design. We offer the whole design / promo package so our prices are a bit more expensive but well worth the investment.

We haven't launched a full version of the website yet, but we will be within this week.

I don't want to post my URL in the main body of my post as it is probably outside the Terms & Conditions of the website, but you can check out my signature and then click on "home" to learn more.

Or email me if you have any questions. I'm more than glad to help.

I have posted this suggestion before, but if it helps you then that is great.

I have tried a few different web site options on behalf of clients and I keep coming back to Ubertor (www.ubertor.com)There is no sign-up fee and you have the choice of paying $37.00, $57.00 or $77.00 per month depending on the features and number of listings. The templates are slick and it provides you with complete control over your content. If you have a bit of computer background you can have a great site up and running in an hour.
