Just looking for any current users of Advanced Access who would like to share comments and stories. They're located in southern California, as am I. I'm considering using their services becuase they have great pricing for what seems to be the best online marketing package an agent can get. If you aren't familiar with them, go to http://www.advancedaccess.com

Sounds more like an advertisement than a request for information.

Well our site is an AA site. We are currently number one for Las Vegas Real Estate on google. So, what exactly do you want to know. Is AA responsible for our success? Yes and NO. Did they provide the tools necessary? Yes. Could they improve? Absolutely. The site is limited as far as SEO in some pretty bad ways. *BUT* their customer service is pretty good, especially through their forum. The site creator is easy enough for a beginner to use and you can get good results. They also have premade template sites that you can update using an FTP connect and frontpage for advanced users. So if you are looking, they are definitely worth a look.

I have looked at AA before and didn't go with their service becuase it's really not that cheap.

Not just that, the other part of me not choosing them is becuase their website loads in frames and I personally can't stand that.

My 2 cents.

Congrats, Jacqulyn. "Las Vegas real estate" is one of the most competitive real estate keyphrases on the net today!

Not trying to stir the fires but you also have to ask how that website got # 1 and take a hard long look at it and then ask how long it will stay there. The reason I say this is because you dont want to mislead everyone in to thinking that AA websites are easy to seo and get top rankings.

Any website can get high rankings if you use certain types of seo..good or bad. Most AA websites have problems getting links from people that know a little something about what the search engines will spider or even if they can.

Pensonally I think AA sites are cheap. They dont cost a lot of money but if you dont have a lot of knowledge about html and need good backend tools because of that lack of knowledge then AA is the answer.

AA offers an easy way for the site owner to add content and can control content through pre programed toolbars...but to me these websites are not personal..they all mostly look the same. It is easy to tell an AA website once you hit the page.

I to think it is very nice to be number 1 for the phrase Las Vegas real estate..but I also know how you got it and it wouldnt be something I would do personally because in the long run I know what will happen.

The Las Vegas real estate website market has become as bad as adult sites for certain practices that are against SEs regulations if caught. I see a lot of duplicate content and some shady tactics used.

Everyone though should remember as fast as you got a number 1 position for a major key phrase you can lose it just as fast.
