Whenever I get an order that is too low for me to consider, I make sure I refuse it and if their site doesn't let me say why, I will email the rep with the order number and explain that their fees are too low. Once in awhile I get a call offering the order at acceptable fees, but most of the time they probably find someone whose time isn't worth much to accept it. That's fine. The companies that value me enough to pay a decent fee keep me busy enough, and get a better product for their money. If the trend is for eveyone to keep lowering their fees, then they will see the best agents dropping out and have to deal with what they get from the leftovers...
