Hey guys, I know your ognna think this is stupid, but I'm trying to get my career going, and am just stumped on what the entire process is from listing, to selling, or from buyers exclusive to house bought. CAn anyone please make a list of each step involved in each case. I know its a long answer, but I would really appreciate it. I just want to make sure I have a good understanding of what I'm doing.
I'm the kind of guy that likes to be planned ahead. If anyone can answer the question like this for instance:

1.Seller signs
2.put listing in mls
3.present offers, etc. I would really appreciate it.

Do you have any training at your company? Because this is the stuff they should be teaching you.

If your broker does not have any training then look into your local board they may have classes.
Each state has its own rules and regulation. For best pratice filling contract forms or work with a seasoned agent in the office.

If you are a licensed agent and you have started with a brokerage, then you should have learned this when you started there. If your company has no training, you need to get up and leave to go somewhere that does have good training. As a new agent, training is the most important process.
