ok Matt hi i am an agent in ga also mainly do the cherokee, cobb county area.Your broker should be able to help you with this. Are you talking before the sale(pre-foreclosure),during or directly after the auction at the courthouse steps,or reo(real estate owned)after the sale.
If you are looking for people facing foreclosure they are advertised in the local newspaper for your area(sorry do not know the one for norcross)The sale at the steps usually occur the 5th of every month, not all go to auction some are delayed by bankruptcy filings, some are reinstated, some are on forebearance plans and given more time to sell for compensation paid to the lender, some are given deed in liue.
Find the local paper that published the legals and buy a copy usually 50 cents, other than that you will have to go to the courthouse and look at notices filed in the lis pendens index in the court recorders office.Foreclosure sites are outdated and most properties have already sold, save your money and learn the ropes.good luck
