No, but I wouldn't be suprised if this is the next thing asset companies expect. Funny thing is, camping out for CFK is more reasonable than waiting 90 days after closing for expenses, or not getting paid at all.

At least some AMs are now offering decent agent bonuses for successful CFK completions. That's relatively new in our area. Used to be we were expected to get these things completed with no added incentive....even though they're a lot more work.
