I know on a 7 the lender will ask for a relief of automoatic stay so they can proceed with foreclosing.
What about a 13?It says they can make payments for up to 3 years but can be excluded if payments do not meet the minimum requirements to pay off the debt.
Couldn't the mortgage company not wanting to accept reduced mortgage payments for 3 years accelerate the mortgage causing the full balance to be now due?It seems to me they would do this and just foreclose.any thoughts......
