Litton does a lot of outsourcing for Deutsche Bank. Nice little bank out of Germany...used to be the largest financial institution in the world. Hey Greg... How's my hometown tonight?

I see their name on a lot of foreclosures in the newspaper. I am betting they buy a lot of mortgages, cause they don't have a presence here.

That is exactly the case. They buy mortgages. Do a ton of business here in the Twin Cities as they are a regular in the Notices of Foreclosure.

When y'all say rainy and grey in Ohio, are you talking about water falling out of the sky or forclosures in Clevland? :p
I can feel for ya, our average March has 11 rainy days, this year had 28. Our April RECORD (not average, record) is 15, by April 12th we had 11 rainy days. I thought I was gonna die.
Today, however, sunny 78 or so, light breeze... I remembering why people keep buying these ridiculous priced houses.

Thanks all, Yes they are on a number of defaults here in CA. Just trying to track them down to see if they assign anything.

I have received listings from AMC that Deutsche was listed as the owner of record. They may outsource to others but AMC appears to do at least some of them

Deutsche Bank is definitely HUGE in the banking business! Right up there with the Rockefellers, and Rothschilds...

Just had an AMC closing that the HUD had Deutsche listed as seller, as trustee for AMC. Not sure exactly what that means, but that's what it said.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
