I AM HAVING A HUGE PROBLEM GETTING PAID FOR DOING BPO'S IN OCT. NOV. DEC. WHICH AMOUNT TO $2500.+ I HAVE LISTENED TO EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE WHY I HAVE NOT BEEN PAID. FROM PAPERWORK NOT BEING COMPLETE TO GAIL OR DANA NOT IN THE OFFICE. I AM WONDERING IF ANYBODY ELSE IS HAVING THIS PROBLEM?
AT THE BEGINNING, THEY ALSO PROMISED ME LISTINGS. THAT HAS NOT HAPPENED EITHER. I AM INTERESTED IN HEARING YOUR STORY.

I was unaware that they had payment issues. Has anyone else had this problem.

Suebea.... the problem is probably just the same Palm Beach thing... BPO and Ballots claim to be lost... they aren't.... but that serves the purpose.
It may have something to do with the Bermuda Triangle.
Actually, I have not had any problems with them... like them but in our area they outsource most of the REO and BPO to servicers.

There's a thread floating around somewhere from a few months ago about Countrywide. I think it said you need an "in" w/a CW lender before they'll allow you to sign up.

Sue Bea. I am very suprise that you have a problem with countrywide paying. They always pay like clock work for me every month. I heard nothing but good things about them. Have you contacted the rep that help you get signed in the beginning with the company?

My experience with Countrywide has been nothing but positive. Contacts there are courteous and professional .... payments arrive promptly every two weeks.

Same for me. I'm usually paid 2 to 3 weeks after completing my BPOs for Countrywide. I'm surprised you're having problems receiving payment.

Countrywide SUCKS!! Why would you even consider using them? Their rates are beyond horrible. Even on the wholesale end.

Rob, If you can't act like an adult stay off this site, CW is very professional and could teach you a lot! If you haven't noticed a lot of agents frequent this forum and many will be from your area. With an attitude problem you may alienate them. And please no more insults to the members or I will request that you be banned. I come here for positive info, not some ones negative opinion on there competition.
Respectfully

Thanks Bard - ditto.
I like CW and I am very glad I lucked across them. I was getting REOs from them before I even realized they had a BPO/valuations side of the business. Good listings too! None of these $30k crack house dog logs. But I have since signed up for BPOs as well.
On another note - SUEBEA, I know you originally posted in January but did you ever get your issues resolved? Was it your W-9 or something? $2500 is a fecal load of BPOs. How did you let them get so far in arrears?

Do you have a website for the BPO and REO side of Countrywide? I seem to have misplaced it.

I cannot wait to start working with them thanks to one great person. It takes 4 weeks to hear back once you turn yur app in, but it sounds like it will be worth the wait.

I have never had any problems with CW regarding BPOs or as a Lender - In fact, my loan on my Duplex is through CW. Low fees and Great Rates! No gripes here -
