I AM HAVING A HUGE PROBLEM GETTING PAID FOR DOING BPO'S IN OCT. NOV. DEC. WHICH AMOUNT TO $2500.+ I HAVE LISTENED TO EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE WHY I HAVE NOT BEEN PAID. FROM PAPERWORK NOT BEING COMPLETE TO GAIL OR DANA NOT IN THE OFFICE. I AM WONDERING IF ANYBODY ELSE IS HAVING THIS PROBLEM?

AT THE BEGINNING, THEY ALSO PROMISED ME LISTINGS. THAT HAS NOT HAPPENED EITHER. I AM INTERESTED IN HEARING YOUR STORY.

I was unaware that they had payment issues. Has anyone else had this problem.

Suebea.... the problem is probably just the same Palm Beach thing... BPO and Ballots claim to be lost... they aren't.... but that serves the purpose.

It may have something to do with the Bermuda Triangle.

Actually, I have not had any problems with them... like them but in our area they outsource most of the REO and BPO to servicers.

There's a thread floating around somewhere from a few months ago about Countrywide. I think it said you need an "in" w/a CW lender before they'll allow you to sign up.

I contacted them and Countrywide says they don't do any BPOs in Indiana. Bummer.

Sue Bea. I am very suprise that you have a problem with countrywide paying. They always pay like clock work for me every month. I heard nothing but good things about them. Have you contacted the rep that help you get signed in the beginning with the company?

My experience with Countrywide has been nothing but positive. Contacts there are courteous and professional .... payments arrive promptly every two weeks.

Same for me. I'm usually paid 2 to 3 weeks after completing my BPOs for Countrywide. I'm surprised you're having problems receiving payment.

Countrywide SUCKS!! Why would you even consider using them? Their rates are beyond horrible. Even on the wholesale end.

AZLender, your attitude sucks. This message board is regarding BPO's, not who the better lender is. As a BPO provider Countrywide is excellent. They provide consistant work as well as pay. We are not here to debate who the better mortgage company is, atleast not in this post.

It's no wonder that the public seems to have a lack of respect for realtors and lenders. So immature and unprofessional. I guess there are bad apples in every occupation.
