I just recently got a Foreclosure Intervention Specialist, Desination, from my local board, I would like to know if there is a website, or company that sells the forms or examples of forms to do foreclosures, I know hud has there own but I would like to tap into this business, in the early stages I know there is great growth in this area in the future. Most of the loss mitigation co's & banks have their own required forms. I think most everything comes in a package from either the LM co, or the bank once you've contacted them on behalf of the home owner.

KT, I am talking about the forms to send to the customers that would reply to my site or 800 nbr. I know banks have there own forms, I am dealing with home owners who want to stop the foreclosure process. Thanks

Pretty much all the banks require similar sets of documents. There are a couple of information sites that sell these types of forms. One aimed specifically at real estate agents by a fellow real estate agent is at:

The short sale guide has a batch of forms that are quite good and work for other types of Loss Mitigation as well.
