Anyone heard of IAS. I think I signed up with them last week. If so are they are good company? Do they pay on time? How hard is their forms? They talk about having an mls sheet to send along with 4 comps sold/listed. Also I could not find where it shows how much they pay. Thanks again everyone. And yes I did try a search.

Yes, yes, not too hard - but the want 4 sold and 4 listings. I didn't send that and there was not a problem. My fee is what I told my rep. There is a lot of info on the board about them in case I missed a question. Put in the word "integrated" and you will find it.

IAS only offers $50 for 4 solds and 4 actives. Furthermore, they only pay $45 for the shortest form offered by them. Sometimes they are impossible with the whole quality control thing. If you get an REO from them expect to do everything under God's green earth (rekey, trashout, etc.) And they expect you to do all the research when related to the utilities. God forbid you get slow at follow up than they will threaten you with giving the listing to someone else. Personally, they are cheap.

Why wouldn't you want to answer those questions? Answering them goes to help justify the BPO. I wish more co's would ask questions this in-depth. It's hard to describe a local market to someone 3000 miles away as it is. Especially when there's several sub-markets within a given area.

Ok, just was wondering how I go about getting all this info? I don't want to make things up. OR do I just estimate?

Not to mention describing all of that stuff in 155 characters or less. I hace to say CC has most of them beat, in my opinion, since the don't limit your comments! :-)
