I still have my first REO listing on the market and I think it's time to give the client an update. Is there some type of form you use, which will give them an idea of showings, feedback, current market conditions, etc? If someone could private message me with such a form that would be excellent. Thanks!!!

Most banks seem to use their own forms, and timeframes. Check w/your AM to see what & when they want 'em done.

As Katie says the lenders and asset management companies have their own forms most of the time. Most are monthly reports and will allow you to report all your findings as well as general comments.
