I did my EML, and then got clarification request. I found that odd, since I called about the topic before I entered it. The mailbox had one number missing, and nothing on the property. It was in the spot, and shaped like the pic on the tax assessor map, so I started snapping pictures. Some guy started walking out, so I left before I got a rear view (corner lot).
So she said it was fine, since I snapped the mailbox anyway, and told them I used surrounding property and tax map. Also said it was fine with no rear pic. Then today I get clarification saying property does not match?
I wrote back, with a copy of the tax map to show the corner lot, and they said it was because of the neighbors mailbox in the shot with the wrong numbers. Once it was clarified that the 2nd crappier mailbox in the pic was the subject, it was accepted. Great way to get off to a good start, eh? :p
As an aside, I also got a clarification for CC requiring a rework of 2 of my comps (need diff ones). Ugh. My third one from CC in almost a year, but what a PITA that I get 2 in one day. I'm just waiting for my last FARVV of 3 to go through, I had to comp an 8000sq ft MANSION on the damn water. :rolleyes: 30 day quick sale? Not a chance...
