I had a listing with them last year. Nice people but the commission is lousy. 5% split 50/50 with List Broker/Sale Broker. THEN, REO America takes a 30% referral fee from your 2.5%portion as Listing Agent. Unfortunately, we did not know this going in......................

I recently saw something where REO America will be changing their REO platform to DispoSolutions.com

Has anyone gotten this e-mail? What is the significance of this platform change?
