Has anyone heard of them? They contacted me today. Did a search and came up with nada. There website is alot like emortgagelogic. I'm thinking that's were they got my info from.

Yeah- I received an invite from them this morning, too, and an order! They have the same software as emortgage, anyway. I'm sure it has the same bugs... They claim to pay within 30 days, so I'll try 'em and see!

Do you have a website for them, I do a lot for Emortgage and don't moind most of their forms. Thanks in advance.

I drove by the address on the website and it's just a mail drop. Not a real physical address. Beware..... They also did not return any of my emails nor did anyone answer the phone.

Well, I had posted that I'd received an order, but I got mixed up on my email list from their intro email and the order I did receive from another comnpany. meant to post that earlier...

I never got my invitation to the party either and I am signed up with most of the main players in this business. What frustrates me is my broker, who never even messes with BPOs, got an e-mail from these guys.

Anyway, has anyone gotten anything from these poeple? Any feedback?

Has anyone gone around full circle with these guys and actually gotten paid?

I've done three order for them so far within the last two weeks, just like emortgage the pay schedule shows 03/10/2006. I'll post back to let you know if I receive payment.

Hi Ben, your question is right on time. I just logged on and checked the completed work and it states sent March 27, 2006, which is a future date. If there anything like E, I should have a check two-three days after the 27th. I did talk to Rep yesterday who stated that their pay schedule on the website is incorrect, they do not pay every two weeks, but around the end of each month.

I also got an email and have heard from another forum they are great to work with so I signed up. No orders yet.

The owner of Harbor is a former exec. of either Emortgage or LandAmerica (i forget which) I've done 4 - been paid for 3 so far - I'll take all that they'll send me

Got one not paid yet. Don't understand how you do an interior with no contact info, etc.

Please excuse mistakes - just discovered this website tonight. Looks great! I do several BPO's a month but would like to find some more companies to work for. Is there somewhere to find a list of companies to register with and does anyone recommend some that pay good? Thanks!

I've done 3 and they paid me for 2. 30-45 day wait, which is the norm except for e-mortgage. The owner used to work for land america I've talked to her several times, she seems legit. I wished she had more orders in MA.

Does anyone know how long it takes to get a username and password from them? I filled out the form to sign up and haven't heard anything.

We have done work for them and received payment within 2 weeks. Very easy to work with and forms are simple.

Do they give out listings?

Just thought I'd update the site, that I received payment from Harbor and even a compliment in writing for a job well done via email.

Michelle, I emailed you the site. You can not find the site by google or dogpile. It does not come up. Someone posted it on another forum and I signed up. There are a lot of agents in my area on this site that are registered and non registered users and I care not to post openly. Say what you will??

I did a drive by BPO on March 17th and a check was cut on March 24th. In the bank and good.

I think they are part of Landam. I just received an interior order yesterday from Harbor and when I looked up the tax records for the property, it indicates Landam.

It's been a few weeks since I signed up with them, but no orders yet. How long does it normally take to start get orders from them?

I was only signed up for two days and I was lucky enough to press find work on the site and up popped this bpo. I am sure that they would not have sent it to me.

Good company, friendly, pay fast. I highly recommend.

I signed up about 2 weeks ago, got my first order this morning for an interior.

I have done work for Harbor Asset they do pay timely.

I completed some orders for them about a month ago and their website says the payment is still being processed. I will wait another week or so.

I did one for them last week waiting to see if I get paid. And yes remind me also of emort, just have to wait and see if I get paid. Good luck everyone and have a blessed day! Kim

They pay, but not according to the schedule on the site. They pay around every 30 days.
