Horrible mold problem + Active wasp nests (inside) + floors are unstable + ceiling is collapsing. Asset Manager wants to know why trashout has not been done! I sent very clear photos and detailed descriptions. I've never had a listing this bad. I don't think anyone should go back in there. Am I being unreasonable? Interested in your comments and suggestions!

Get a trashout company to send you a fax saying the boss took a look and refuses to send a crew in for safety reasons... now you got something to send the AM

Update - the AM's supervisor saw the photos of the property and said that there's no reason to waste money on removing the trash. Next time this happens I will be SURE to get something in writing from my trashout guy so that it can be resolved quicker. Gary - Thanks again for the suggestion!

How about calling the local fire department and asking if they want to do a controlled burn for training purposes? That property may be worth more as a building lot!
