I have a property that is zoned heavy industrial with a commercial overlay. It is a large building (over 7000 sq. ft.) on two acres. I currently have it leased and hopefully will for the next four years.
In the meantime, I want to take steps to develop it. I have some big ideas, that might involve rezoning (for residential/commercial). I have been researching various things, but I understand I am out of my league, however, I do not want that to stop me.
My thought is to initially hire a land-use consultant, go to the city and meet with a planner, then hire an architect
