ANYBODY OUT THERE DOING INTERIORS FOR $50 BUCKS??? I KNOW SOMEBODY IS!!

I turn down most of their orders due to fees. I finally got an exterior from them for $60! I should have known better. There were no good comps. It was a 5,400+ early 1900s house on 4 acres. The adjustments I had to make were all in the $50,000-$90,000 range. I'm sure I'll get a quality control e-mail on this one! I should have known better. It was awful!!!

I know what you mean! They are starting to be a royal PITA!!! I had an interior with them scheduled for today,I requested yesterday to have my fee upped, and they called me early this morning to tell me they pulled it from my queue. The BR called me, b/c I already scheduled the appt, but I told him they should have called him early enough to have it rescheduled. Sounded like he didn't care much, but FARVV is really gettin' my goat!

You know I do a lot of FARVV work... too much actually, well maybe not as much as some city folks...

I do interiors for other companies, but I've never gotten one from FARVV... not one.

I've done their cheap interiors a couple of times when it was very close and required only 1 sold comp. Other than that, I don't get them.

$ 40 or 50 bucks just doesn't motivated me to do anything at all! heck....around here you can burn almost that much gas on one lousy BPO---I have to compare it to a $ 3.00 scared "W.....re in church, not me boy, I've got better things to do with my time, then to get all stressed out over peanuts, for ANYONE, why not show some of these outfits that your time is worth more, rather than cowing down to them, sitting at your computer waiting for a lousy BPO to drop in your lap? Just my 2 cents worth!

I've never gotten an order from them that only required one comp. Like everyone else, I don't do much for them anymore either because of the fees.

Not me. I got offered a couple $40 interiors too. Hell no.

$40 for an interior?!

I won't even do a BofA drive-by with just 1 sold comp for that! I always decline them due to fee ($30! Ha!) and get a phone call a couple hours later asking what would make it "worth my while". When it's an employee calling from the US they usually give me quite a bit more - but if it's a call from their Indian call center it's usually just to tell me how unreasonable I am to not accept their "generous" fee.

I don't think I've ever seen $40 for an interior, but I did do one of their $50 interiors that was about 5 minutes from my house and required 1 sold comp. Less than 45 minutes from start to finish, including drive time.
