Not so much a question of volume of BPO's but what do you superstars of the BPO world figure you bring in on your BPO business, including related listings etc. In other words, if you just focused on BPO's, what kind of income could you see?

A relative of mine states 1/3 of his income was from BPOs. He makes over 100K per year in real estate.

Thanks for the input--just wondering more a general idea than a specific--in other words, can BPO income lead to more listing income enough that you could do well and not have to deal with the "normal" side of the agent functions.

Yes it can. But like stated above, it really depends on the area, as well as how many other agents in a given area are performing them.

After all related costs and time expended I figure I'm paying the companies I do work for about 2.50 an hour for the pleasure of doing BPO's.

Mike, based on the numbers you just gave and I'll give you the benefit and assume 6 orders per day.

6 orders X $50 per order = $300 per day

10 staff plus you = 11 people to share in the take

$300/11 = $27 per person per day in BPOs.

FIJ, you forgot the override of $100 per BPO that Mike gets from the clients because since yesterday he is now the 3rd.

You guys make money doing BPO's? Man, I've been bamboozled! 27 bucks, that would be nice! With that kind of cash I might be able to stop eating "weiner water soup"... I can taste the Ramen noodles already.

I mean BPO.com never paid, Premier never paid, Cartel never paid, & Coast to Coast never paid. I have a good feeling about USRES though, they said i'm eligible for a listing, and the staff there is so nice, they sometimes say "pretty please" in their e-mail. Yep, they're my ticket to riches, all this free work is gonna pay off some day!

I swear people like posting stuff like this to get a rise out of everyone. But heres a good response: you get out of that part of the business what you put into it. I think it also depends on the area/# of agents in the area and your goals.

It's all relative ... What I make in SW Oklahoma is pretty good for this locale, but it prolly wouldn't keep a single, very frugal, librarian fed in other parts of the country.
