Yes, and I found parts of it to be really useful. other parts I don't use at all. I sort of use bits and pieces from various sources in my business. Part Danielle kennedy, part Trae Zipperer, part Brian Rodgers, etc.

Beyond Sales is very, very heavy on traditional prospecting by the way (doorknocking, cold calling). But even if you aren't into that he has one little concept that's gold (has to do with who you target) and on that alone I recommend his product.

before you can begin to lay out a plan you need to have a frank self-inventory and list all yoru strengths and weaknesses. Also count your money - if you don't have plenty then doorknocking, cold calling, and open houses are going to have to work because most of the other things cost money.

I'm like Jflynn, however Trae Zipperer's 2000 list of addresses "sweet-spot" concept to farm is the ONLY reason for spending the $500.00 ..Like Jason I also have the 3-ring "beyond sales" binder on my shelf and unfortanely in my mind- my town of (130k) is too small for that approach. Also their aren't a whole lot of sweet-spots around her that are sage brush free..

Your best bet would be just to get a 800# from www.adtrakker.com and start posting flyers,doorhangers and signs in your community.

Then get a lender to pay for your minutes usage.


By the way... do any of you remember when one of Trae Zipperer's marketing guys was constently spamming this board and ansering questions...and trolling for suckers like me
