I did sign up with them but they want to be added on to our general liability insurance which i don't think my head broker will go for.

I basically wanted to do just bpo's and exterior inspections for them,do they still require you be added on,we have e & o through our broker would i have to get a seperate policy,if that's the case i will just use other companies too much hassle.

Countrywide's master listing agreement (new version) says the same thing. I'm not going for it. What's the point, I wonder?

I got an email from them today:

"hi Eric,
i'm contacting you regarding the application you've submitted recently. i was wondering if you'd be able to come down on your inspection rates. on average, we pay $6 for drive bys and interiors, and $15 for rush and insurance inspections. our inspections require no comps, sketches, and have little paperwork. please let me know if this is feasible. thanks"

I let her know that I don't do ANYTHING for $6! I wouldn't take a $15 job, unless there was some other compelling reason, such as 10 of them in the same block or something.

i guess they mean general insurance,at the time i thought maybe i would get volume from them but now i am getting really busy from the regular bpo companies.
