Have any of you ever went two weeks without getting a BPO? This is unusual for CC and EML. Is this how the business goes or is this unusual? I've only been doing BPO's for two months so I wasn't sure. Thank you in advance for your reply.

I was beginning to think that CC had replaced me, but I guess that it's just a slow month. I wonder if it's because everyone's on vacation?

I've never gone 2 weeks without an order, but I have gone that long without an order from CC or EML. How many companies are you working with?

I've signed up with like a dozen but have only been getting them from CC and EML. That's the pits.

I'd suggest signing up with more companies. I don't do near the volume that other agents here do, but I like to do 30-40 orders a month and I work with 10-15 companies. Only a few of those are sending me orders every week, the others are 1 or 2 here and there. I am in an area with tons of agents doing BPOs, so there is a lot of competition. Good luck.

I've been staying fairly busy, and I even cut off business from CC. Like I said in another thread, I'm sick of their "first one to click on it - gets it." But even without them, I've got 7-8 companies sending me about 55-65 orders per month on average - and I've got 4 good listings so far in the month of July.

I must be living right. Nah, on second thought - I KNOW that can't be the case. :-)

Have not had an order from EML for two weeks, but other companies such as CC, BPOS Online & AVM have made up the slack.

I may call EML and check in with them. I've never called them. CC on the other hand is funny. If I go a couple of days without an order, I'll call and within that same day, I get an order! It happens every time I call!!!

Were those 4 listings REO's?

Were they as a result of a prior bpo that you completed or were they out of the blue (not priviously done a bpo on them?

In either case, congratulations on the listings...

This was my busiest month ever, then NOTHING for a week. I was starting to worry. But, in the past 24 hours, I have snagged 2 from CC, and all's right with the world again... Plus, have excellent offers on 2 REO listings (multiple, above-list price on one of them). Can't complain (betcha never thought you'd hear a female say THAT)!!!

REO Pro -

Yep...the 4 were all REO's. I found that rather than try to work for 20-30 companies, I concentrate on 6-8 that send me lots of work, pay well and on-time, don't demand an arm and a leg, and who have friendly and professional AM's.

I cut the number down because I wanted to provide quick and professional service to those who consistently send me REO listings. Listing and selling REO's is where you make your money. BPO's are just an avenue to get your name in front of those who make the decisions on who gets the listings. That's my opinion - which is worth exactly what you paid for it. :-)

I have signed up with about 15 companies. I only ever get work from FARVV, CC and EML. I've had a somewhat decent amount of CC, but slow and crappy FARVV. This is only my second month with EML, but I've gotten more this month than last- just not very many (1 or 2 a week).

Unfortunately, no listings. I have a couple other companies I'm looking into signing up with, but have to look them up here first. \:D
