O.K., this has not happend to me before and I am at a loss here and hope that someone can help!
After I completed my sales and hit finish later, after getting back on, to complete page 2, I've noticed that sale # 2 had vanished? so I entered the info once more, only for it to dissapear again? this has happened 3 times in a row?? the system actually tells me that there are ZERO errors, but there's no info regarding sale # 2 ? Anyone know what might be going on?? CLUELESS, just shipped it off as it was, we'll see if it comes back as incomplete and take the hit with ratings

Hi Roswell, actually that happened to me on Tuesday 8/29. I completed all of the listings, saved; then hit show me errors and it said "none"; but when it went back to page 2 everythign I just entered i nthe listing section was gone. I had to re-enter everything again and it was fine.

A zooware glitch like everything else at Ocwen.

Yes, I had something similar happen on 08/24/2006. I entered the first page of the form, then hit finish later. When I went back, everything was gone, but it was not erroring on the first page.

So I re-typed the entire first page.......cussing and bitching the whole way, and finished everything in one session and submitted.

When I submitted it looked like things had gone missing, but no errors.

When I go into my work queue, it split the BPO into two forms....one called BPO, and the other called old BPO. Half of the data I entered is on one of the forms, and the other half on the other forms.....one is a zooware form, the other looks like a standard html form. Totally wierd, but I have not received a callback on it yet.

It is my day for the Zooware demon to give me hell!

I'm typing away on a Ocwen BPO at the crack of dawn today.......get it all done, hit review, it errors on Sale Comp 1 saying no info is filled in.

There it is on my screen!

So I hit finish later, log completely out, reboot, log back in, pull up the order, and there is nothing in the Sale Comp 1 field. So I type it all back in, then hit review. Still says that it's not there.

Call Customer support, leave voicemail. Them email too.

No calls or emails all day.

This afternoon, I re-install Zooware on my computer and try again.........no solution, same problem.

I install Zooware on another computer that has never had it installed, and try again........no solution, same problem.

I leave another voicemail, and send another email to customer support.

It appears that this particular form is damaged!

Anyone had this happen to them.........what did you do?

Do like I do, I never use the zoo program, I use their word bpo form, email it to them with the photos and tell them that the zoo program is not working. They aways accept it.

Let's face it. Ocwen's zooware is nothing but a nightmare. Don't bother calling Ocwen, because all you get is voicemail, and they never return your calls. If you do receive a call, you can't understand the rep because they barely speak english. I figured out that if you let the order expire, someone will eventually call you looking for the order. At that time, you can then explain the situation, vent, and then they can email you a BPO form in word for you to use. Hope this helps.

Good news maybe for those of you doing OCWEN, they are close to dumping Zooware and rolling out a new software for us to use to do work for them. Found out from a review appraiser in Ohio that called me last week out of the clear blue sky for a clarification on some work I had submitted. He said he has had up to 39 hours in a month sitting on his hands due to problems with Zooware.
Also stated that NONE of this work is in pursuit of listings, all portfolio valuations, etc (i.e. cheapy appraisals)
