it took a long 90 day wait but they finally payed
each and every month for the last 2 years!! if i buged
them
they droped me on grp&emc after 2 years because of a misunderstanding with emc&grp???
but i still do about 5 a week!!

They owe us money from way back. Bugged a bunch. Never got paid.

I just wanted to update this topic. I did 8 orders for Lighthouse in March & April. I just got a check for a few of them. They DID pay. I didn't bug them. It did take 90 days for them to pay, but they did pay - no hassles.

I'm still waiting for payment for an order I did in April, although it does say on the order it takes 85-90 days to get paid....how do companies like this stay in business?

Never have been paid and will not do any work for them in the future.

I've done quite a bit for them this year, and have always paid me. They do tell you upfront that it will be 85-90 days for payment. At least they are honest. I only accept from them if I'm slow. I'm not a big fan of their form and their site is slow, but one of the reps indicated that they do REO, so I take a few every so often.

You guys are gettin' paid by Lighhouse in 90 days? Wow! I still do a very small amount of work for them, as long as it's local. My pay from them is usually 10-12 months behind.
