How do teams typically work? I have always been a lone wolf but my business is growing rapidly so I am thinking of adding more members. I posted this here because I want advise from people that know what it takes for reo work. I want to be fair to anyone that works with me but I don't want to be forking over money to someone who doesn't perform. I have one part time assistant that I pay hourly for doing my mailings etc but I am wanting to add someone that can also show properties. Advise old sage ones?
