I just received 2 e-mails from EML stating new QC requirements for the comments. Anyone else getting these?

I e-mailed about this yesterday. Look on the E-Mortgage QC thread to find my post. (I'm glad their not just picking on me!)

I haven't received anything yet. I will have to check their website for these new requirements.

Nothing about that, but my last two orders require side view photos... not the huge collection of shots, just a side view.

I think I'm going to invest in an armored humvee, it is ridiculous how many pics they are requiring. It takes about 1-2 minutes stopped in front snapping. If I didn’t need to zoom for the address it wouldn’t be that bad. I think someone is going to get hurt due to these changes

I think they have changed it now. The last 2 I had for them they only wanted the front, address and street instead of:

front, back, street, sides, address, what the person in the basement is doing, how many people are there at the time, the dog in the backyard and the bird in the cage. Oh yeah and don't forget as someone listed here before the crack in the sidewalk in front of the house!

I am thinking it is one particular bank that is requiring all those pics. I've had a couple other companies request those same shots sometimes.

Homecomings is the bank that wants all the shots. Next they are going to want us get pictures of the borrowers tonsils.

Stand around taking 30 pics of his house long enough and eventually you'll have a shot of the borrower's tonsils included.

The last two I got from EML just added one side shot, that's all. Often enough I take a side shot anyway, but they surprised me on the first request (and of course I had no extra shots) Thanks to my new 5mp cam I was able to crop a side view out of the front view.

My experience is that EML has 3 different form. Depending on which form they have you fill out, your picture requirements change.

The worst form requires front, street scene, address ver. and a picture of each comp and each listing. The best form they only want front, street scene, address verification.

Today, I wonder who is working and passing out assignments today. Thats unusual considering it is a 3day weekend. Does anyone know if any of the institutions are working tomorrow or is it dead for bpo work?

form q is there middle one,form f i beleive is the worst that has pictures of comps and solds,mls number,crime statistics and about everything else you can think of under the sun.

The sad thing is you don't get paid anymore for doing these than the other ones.What i absolutely love is there exterior property inspections but i never get that many of them.A few pics and questions 10 to 15 mins to upload and it pays 35.00 much easier than the bpo.

Maybe i am missing it but when they send you a request you don't know which form it is until you accept.Clear capital has different forms to,the funny thing is when i called in the guy didn't even know they used different forms for each order.

EML has really been slow here. Also have noticed that one must wait two minutes to reply on the "find work" button. For example, should 2 orders appear on screen one cannot accept both orders without having to wait the two minutes to accpet the other one.

Perhaps I am on their "bad" list? It is interesting that they have added this to their site.

I appreciate all of the good information that I've received from this forum!

I checked with EML because I've had so few orders from them in the past month or so. They told me I was "highly rated" and they are just slow in my area.

Sure hope it picks up soon

I talked to one of the reps at E and they said the two minute delay helps to speed up there system. I guess we were slowing them down with all the clicking.
