So want your opinions. Who makes the decision on who to hire for trash outs? Are there any other services you like to have your trash out company perform?

Usually the listing agent gets bids and then submits them to the AM.

Also, some asset management companies have allowable fees for various services. If you are at this price or less you can go ahead and do the various items.

For example one company I work with automatically allows $350 for trashout and $350 for disposal. So if a house falls at or under $700 I can just go ahead and order it done. Usually there aren't alot of close calls in my area. Either they are pretty bad or pretty good.

When in doubt, try and get a couple of bids.
