What is this forum for then? I thought it was real estate related! A house that could make someone here serious cash is spam? I would guess it would be benificial to this forum. I figured this was a foreclosure section and the house is in foreclosure. Sorry for being so retarted and i will discontinue any other postings on this property.

Jordon,I understand, but if we allowed solitications for properties we would spend 99% of our time wading through all the listings. There are probably 2000 or more forclosure and bankrupcy listings among the members of this site. Do you really want to wade though them every time you want to read a post with some information?

Is there a section for this type of listing. You might be able to charge a fee for a investors club. Just a thought. I would pay a one time fee to belong in a club like that. say $19.95 for up to 12 listings a year, $29.95 for up to 30 and so on. if i were a realtor or investor to post properties or even ebooks or anything related to realestate in a different section..

Jordon, I believe that you can pay and upload your foreclosure listings on sites such as forclosure.com. I would be surprised if it would be worth it to pay to have listings posted on a forum here.

Im not so sure. i did get alot of response from your forum. just from other posts i did with my sig. on it. Im getting approx. 20 visitors a day from here. which isnt bad, i even recieved advice and 2 offers, even though they were low. if i had other foreclosures i would want to post here.. just my opinion. Or you can just sell me the site??
