I'm licensed in another state and do some traveling to California, thinking about getting my CA agent license and doing some business there. Important to me is a broker who is a member of MLSalliance and/or as many MLSs as possible, and who is "hands-off" with regard to what I do (no mandatory meetings, marketing). Ideally they'd be in or near to Los Angeles.

I want a broker with low to no monthly desk or other fees, and ideally a generous split as well.

I know in other states the Assn of Realtors magazines tend to have ads for such brokerages in them in the back, but I don't get the CA one yet.
