Has anyone heard of bidselect.com? I have an REO that I am going to show an investor client, and you have to register at this site to bid on it.

They say that if you pay $99, then you are listed as an REO broker with them, and supposedly, fame and fortune will follow.

I guess that the guy who listed the $40K REO made his $40 back out of it...

Any opinions from the peanut gallery?

i have had one of my reos go up for auction on that site...did not know about the $99....the asset company sent me notice that the property was going up for auction and i still got paid as the listing agent...

i was wrong...that is the hud website...i have not sold anything on that site. i was thinking about a different site..i am on the list...i did not pay for that and i get calls frequently just for being on the list...
