My order load has fell off in the past 2 weeks out here in So CAL. I was hoping for a wave of orders after holiday but I haven't seen it yet. Any one else seeing a drop off? especially EML..

3 today, so not to bad.... CC is almost impossible to accept orders from. I have outlook set to refresh every min, I click to confirm right as it comes in and still miss them. I'm still trying to get into Fidelity, everyone says it can't be done, but I'm very charming.

I hope they know I was joking... edited anyways. Do AM's get mad if you are unable to workout CFK offers. The ex-owner ask me for $75,000 to move today, I tried hard not to laugh.

My orders have picked up tremendously all through June, and 5 new orders today- none are anywhere near each other! Until june, i averaged about 3-5 orders a week, now it's like a dam busted somewhere, and most are pre-foreclosure BPOs, too, so the listed comps and more general info required. Oh well, who needs weekends, anyway?

Makin Money you are right. I recently work in the pre-foreclosure dept. at a large bank and Foreclosures in Indiana are on the rise and most areas are depreciating. Zephyr, FC is high in your neck of the woods too. Missouri is a "pub and go" state meaning the FC process is very fast.

The last few days in San Diego have been really busy. I think the heat and the holiday weekend was keeping people away.

Missouri seems to make it easier on the lenders to foreclose than other states whose regs i've seen. And the Trustee Sale notices are really increasing- most dated from 2001-2005. I guess people jumped on the super-low ARMs and are now having to pay more than they can afford. What's bad is that this whole area (several counties) are having to re-assess all properties now. An appraiser printed out bunches of MLS pages showing current sales prices, and took them to the state tax commission. Now all the assessors are having to bring all values to within 10% of "market value," even though THAT has been artificially inflated by un-knowledgeable buyers moving in from other areas who think they're getting a bargain. I see a lot of people losing their homes within the next few years because the taxes become too high... So far this month, I've earned half what i did in June for BPOs, and June was my biggest month yet. It used to be mainly all for refis, PMI drops, etc- now at least half my orders are (pre)foreclosures. It's sad. Especially with all the governmaet rhetoric about how good the economy is doing... As an REO agent, it may help MY bottom line, but that doesn't encourage me any about the economy!

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
