I was asked if I had heard of this company by a friend agent of mine. Reviewing their website concerns me because they want money for the background check and in order to do a background check, they would need your SS# and credit card information. I told my friend that I did not think this was something I would care to share with a company I did not know anything about, but that I would try and get some additional information. Has anyone heard of this company? Does anyone do business with this company? If so, please give details. Thanks for your feedback.

Sounds awlful fishy to me. The gurarantee you at least three $250 inspections per week. First of all, a complete home inspection requiring a state license only costs about $200. Why would anyone pay $250 for a limited inspection by a non-licensed person?

"If you become a subcontractor, we will provide you information on how to get these inspections from the web and the local courthouse" states that you must go and get the inspections, they just supply you with the methods of trying to get them.

This is the same as buying leads from various homevalue type web sites. FWIW I haven't spoken to a single person who was happy with any of them.
