Yes... TAT is all important with RELS. If you have an order that can't be done, make absolutely sure it gets on hold.
I didn't and Jan '05 the computer threw me off auto-assign. I had an TAT of like 5-6 days. It took some begging to get it fixed.
Rels will not penalize you if you're just on time, but I do their orders early when I can and keep a pretty low TAT (this time it was higher, all interiors 2.19 days in May I was 1.67)
It seems ridiculous and no they aren't picky about half days, but the lowest number puts you at the top of the list for these oh so easy orders.
By the way, beware... Rel's has tightened their standards and are stickin' to them...check to see if you have good comps before going out to take pics. I had a condo in an 8 unit complex, no comps from the same complex. I had a comp from another complex on the same street. NO GO, if they don't have one from the same complex they want an appraisal... same with all the rules we usually ignore on their email.
