I accidently accepted an order and didnt notice that it says "Dont accept if you dont have 2+ years Real Estate Expierence", and I don't.

It done and then I notice. Should I send it or not, or should I call and see what they say. Its not like I dont have any expierence, I have one year RE sales with a lot of BPO's and I have an Appriser License to boot.

Call them.

That's interesting I haven't seen any yet with that requirement.

I'd send it - it's already done, and you have enough experience to make up for it. If they question it later (which I doubt they will do), let them know you are a licensed appraiser. What company is that? I've never seen that requirement before.

Call and explain your situation and qualifications with a short verbal resume' prepared if they ask. You can't go wrong by being honest. Everyone I know, including company reps, appreciates honesty. I've accidently accepted and order on a property I had previously done within the prior 6 months when the requirements said not to. I called, explained the situation, they said I could still do it, but to use current comps. Trying to "get away with it" will undermine your self-respect. Do the right thing.

My 2 cents.

Corey

The company is Clear Capital

I'm going to send and call their support desk tomorrow. I'd hate to get on their bad side. It was a simple one anyway.

Thanks

I've seen that same requirement from LRES, in addition to that, it required that you were no more that 5 miles from the subject.

All of these things can be discussed with your client. Under certain circumstances, they may be able to override.

Bob, I would think being an appraiser would be more than enough to compensate for one year less experience, so don't hesitate to ask them. I'm not speaking for them, of course, but I would be shocked if they refused.
