I've been getting emails from her, but have not yet called into one of the tele confrences. Isn't there something you have to pay for?

Yes, I have gotten her materials on short sales (from a real estate agent perspective) as well as her BPO information.

I was on the call as well (although a little late due to technical problems). It was good basic stuff. She answered most questions a new/newer BPO agent would have as well as a good review for the longer term BPO/REO agent (hope that was politically correct :>)

And the fact that she had an exec from FARVV on the call says alot in itself. I know I do a ton of business with them.

I think she is a good source of training and information for real estate agents. Most foreclosure related classes ignore us as a group or put agents down. She is one of us.

Oh, need to add that, yes, her stuff is not free. But it is very reasonable training (IMHO).

Training in this area is no place to cut corners. You will pay for the good stuff (and most of the bad stuff as well).

Without good training you just pay for it in other ways :>)

I purchase one of her Ebooks on BPO's. Suppose to have links. Most did not work or could not find how to signup on the company website, and the ones that did you could find info on this forum.

Just one piece of advise... I found over 50 BPO companies by researching this forum alone.... so, unless you are new (and I mean really new and have no clue what you are doing), save your money, spend some time and compile your own list from here. Mind you, I haven't seen her material, but for 60 bucks I doubt it's too involved. Could be wrong, though, so feel free to correct me if I am. I think you'll learn much more from this forum.
