Has anyone has any experience with this company??? (Good or Bad)

I have done several they always pay in about 60 days..

Easy to work with; they've always paid.

I have done many for this company as well and they have paid on time. Just got an email with a free BPO they want me to do with listing potential. Cannot find this home coming up to foreclosure sale or anything. Wondering what the chances of getting this listing are, or if anyone else has run into this?

I get a couple a month from them, sometimes more, sometimes less. I think they handle some of Ameriquests' REO properties. Payment, has been less than 30 days. And everyone I've had to talk with, seems really nice and helpful.

Went to their website but do not see where you can sign up. How did you get started with this company?

They contacted me, not exactly sure how though.

I did not sign up either.....they called me. I've done work for them for about 2 years now.

Just curious, how many of you have actually gotten a listing frmm this company after completing the bpo? If you did, how long, or how many bpos later?

What are the odds of gettng the listing??

Miss Bea, have you been working with this company long, or are you just starting up with them and have they sent you any work?

I believe I've gotten two, they are,or used to be one of the outsourcers for AMC. Only one listing was on a property I did a prior on.

They called me and I have done a few orders. Easy to work with and I was paid within about 20 days....they do give listings. I have not personally received any but I know another agent that has.

This must be one of those companies that call out of the blue. I have been with them for a few months and never heard anything yet. And by the sounds of KT & Angie, they do not hear often from them either.

I work with them on a regular basis. They asset manager for United Guaranty & Triad Guaranty. They are very good to work with.

I received my first order through them yesterday, so I hope they are as good as most the opinions here say they are. In this area, there is no company that has a LOT of properties, so I try to get on with as many as possible, and prove myself worthy of a continued relationship....

I received one order for an interior, last week. I couldn't get my photos to upload on their form, even when I cropped them. (A lot of hassle) I called their office and the rep was very professional, and easy to work with. The fee for the job was rather low in comparison with the other companies I work with.

I did one for them earlier this month and was paid in about 10 days. Got another one this weekend to do for them. I couldn't get the pics on their site either. I just emailed them to them. No problem!

What about getting a listing ? On all orders they say it could turn into a listing.How many orders do you usually do before you get an listing ?

I think all the orders I've done for them say, it "could" eventually turn into a listing.

Unfortunately there isn't a magic number of orders to complete before some company will assign a listing to you. There's so many other, and I think way more important things, than how many BPOs are done to recieve a listing.

Very good to work for and they pay fairly quick

I average one or two BPOs per month from GD, but no listings yet. I'm sure it's just a matter of time.

I'm starting to think that getting listings when doing the bpo's will only come if the company giving you the order is actually asked to manage the property, if the company does that at all...
