I never considered using any CRMs in the past and liked keeping track of everything on my own.

For those that do use one, is it really worth the investment? What system do you use?

Yes, definitely. If you are worried about cost, there are low cost and free ones out there such as Agentbin, Podio, and even Zoho.

I was an agent in 1987 using a DOS Real Estate specific CRM. I went on to use that to help me manage 40 - 50 transactions/yr. Since then I have made Real Estate CRM my business at GaryDavidHall.com, so I'm a tad biased smile So for what it's worth, when I got a CRM it changed my life! I'm not exaggerating. My stress levels went from 100 to a 10. If you implement workflows to help you set up processes for your business you'll get the same results. There is one major qualification. You have to invest a little time to learn it. It won't upload to your brain automatically. But I'm here to tell you that if you stick with it, you will look back on it as one of the most important business decisions you've made in your real estate career. So your question was "is it really worth the investment?" In my not so humble opinion it's a no-brainer. And with respect to free CRM's - the old axiom of "getting what you pay for" is true. I landed at Realvolve.com as what I consider to be one of the top ones out there.
