I have spent many years doing BPO's but I have transitioned over the past 5 years into real estate investing where we purchase 30-40 houses a year. Some of these are for fix and flip, some for wholesale.

I have a serious need to analyze properties on a consistent basis and was wondering if there is a place or service to find people who can help analyze properties on a per property basis. It is a bit of a unique situation where I have my VA pull 10-15 sold comps, tax records, photos, links, and street views. Then I quickly look at a property for 10-15 minutes to determine the offer price for cash and for seller financing/ lease option.

So I am just wondering if there is a service out there that can currently help or is this something where I would need to find and hire some agents to help?

It sounds like you'd be well served to continue doing what you're doing; I'd imagine that you'd have to spend at least that same 10-15 minutes (and likely more) examining the recommendation of any service PLUS paying them. What's the percentage in that ?

I would not spend the 10-15 minutes reviewing their recommendation. they would make the offer directly and then I would only get involved if there is a favorable response from the other side.
