Hi everybody,

I have a question- how do you guys (brokers/recruiters) reach out to licensees for recruiting purposes? We have a great office, great team of people, we give high commission splits, we don't charge fees, we provide our agents with leads, education (we bring in mortgage brokers and title company to the office), we support our agents when they need us but we find it hard to reach out to more agents. We tried Indeed, Ziprecruiter, Glassdoor, Facebook ads, Linkedin, etc,. but it seems really hard to make the initial contact in order to tell agents about us. What do you guys do to reach out to agents? Any ideas/advice?

It used to be a violation of the Code of Ethics to try to hijack another broker's agents, or to interfere in an existing contractual relationship between a Broker and his/her Agents . . . . just like pre-maturely soliciting the Listing of a "current" Seller.

It's my understanding that such a restriction has been removed from the COE . . . . but the practice is still frowned upon. and gives you a bad reputation with your peers.

Good productive agents are always hard to acquire; loafers are easy to come by.
