I've got some great E-Books and other materials. I'd like to drive traffic to my website or have someone sign up for my website in exchange for the book. How do I set this up or where do I even begin? I've done ads to drive traffic to my website but no one is registering.

mchnhd4 - you need to capture the contacts. Get them in your funnel so you can remarket to them. Most people don't buy/engage until the 7th contact (this is in the marketing field, real estate may be different).

To capture emails, you need an autorepsonder and landing page creator. The landing page allows you to get their email in exchange for the book. The autoresponder allows you to send follow up emails to them.

There are plenty of each out there. Most these days integrate with each other. Just get the one that fits your budget. You don't need to spend a fortune. I don't promote any of them, but I have used GetResponse, and they had a landing page creator integrated into it for an extra fee...

Hope that helps and let me know if you have any other questions.

Brad gave a pretty good explanation.

I'd be curious to see your Facebook Ad and the landing page you're using. If it's poorly written or doesn't give a real "What's In It For Me" offer then you won't be getting anyone to register.

I make Lead Page ads on Facebook. I try to generate leads by offering a foreclosure list. I normally get very good returns when I boost that post. I would average 10-15 leads. Only one has turned into a potential buyer.

Brad explained everything. Just want to add one. If you are sending emails as newsletter, send them twice if not once a month. Also, send the newsletter on Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday. My experience says, the response rate is high on these days.

From what I've done, FB ads have been very effective.

It's great for capturing leads if you get them to a landing page, collect their email, and set up retargeting ads. On average, it takes 7 points of contact before you can get them as a client.

I have been successful with marketing for my clients through that same strategy.

Hope that helps

You need a teaser to get the clients to click - the same way a good print ad of a property in the sweet zone would do. Then you offer more information or services if the prospect enters their information.

Check out Neil Patel (just google him). He does a ton of webinars on SEO and up and down selling (what you are essentially doing by trying to give away your real estate book). Best of luck.

Well, I always start with the Big 3 to figure out how to solve the problem. Product/Traffic/Conversion

What is the product? Let's say it's an ebook teaching real estate agents how to use social media to find home sellers

Where are you getting traffic? Is the traffic relevant? Or are you buying ads from some internet junk yard

Conversion? Does your conversion funnel make sense? Does it work?

Adding to what's already been suggested, you can use action word triggers. If you have a 3 second glance from a potential buyer. Give them a reason to look again. If you can get 7 seconds out of them they are more likley to read or watch your content.

For example: "I need new owners, mine are moving away"

It's not about the property being better than the rest it's about creating a feeling so that it becomes more than property.

You need to create high quality Facebook ads for capturing leads from them. If you are serious about your business then I would highly recommend you to hire the professional Facebook Ads Services so that you can get best return on investment.

I think creating a visual that enables readers to be able to relate to the content is as much about timing as it is about the message.

Hey, it could be that no one is interested in the thing you are offering.

I've tried ebooks to get leads for my clients and haven't seen much success with it (trying to attract sellers/buyers)...

The best offers I've seen for Facebook Ads are:
- Lists of different types of homes in the area
- Home valuations
- Coming soon ads for listings

Message me or email me if you want more tips.
