Try Trulia or Zillow. Trulia for a more accurate version of what is on the market.

just to clarify --

ok so a studio is meant for one person, another phrase is an efficiency apartment --
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Studio_apartment

multifamily would not be the same -- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multi-family_residential

im not sure if studios having different meaning in different states

Are you trying to understand how to value multi-family for investment purposes? Why are you trying to value in multiple markets? Are you looking at residential or commercial multi-family?

Pretty tough for anyone to help without some clarity on your end.
