Got a call from a lady who wanted to know why her home was listed as for sale on trulia.com? I looked up the address and it showed listed by Froy and pending for a year. She said she had no idea who Froy was and had not signed any contract for him to sell her home. I tried to call him, left a message with details and call was never returned.

Wow Johnny.....That's crazy that he would forge a seller's signature without their consent. I never heard him do that before.

But I have heard he forges the signature of his investors or makes photo copies of the signed purchase contract and just changes the address and dates. Sorta the same thing. And all without a power of attorney letter.... So I don't doubt one bit that he would sign a seller's signature to short sale either. Nothing surprises me with this guy.

I'm all for people making a great living in this great country of ours as long as it is legal and ethical. But, this guy needs to leave real estate and find another line of work. Something were he can't hurt as many innocent people.

My hunch is that he won't leave cuz real estate put's him in a powerful position and able to control and manipulate many people.

How does this guy still hold a license? Wouldn't there be enough complaints to the NAR to get him booted?

But even if he did get shut down, I'm sure he'd pop up in another manifestation. These guys always do...
