Glad to be here and hope to adsorb a lot of useful information as I investigate getting real estate license. I am a former P&C insurance agent who left that trade to start a couple of home based businesses w/my wife. One is setting appointments for insurance agents part time and the other is an on line health/wellness business. My goal is to keep my hand in both of these endevours while beginning to enter real estate part time as well. I like to keep busy as you can see and motivated a little by money as well LOL. Looking forward to hearing from anyone who can share tips w/me on going for my license (good study guides, on line courses, videos etc to get me started) Also, if you are into insurance as well and could use some assistance with calling on your leads-I would be glad to help you as well-we can help each other here. I mainly work w/west coast agents on that in the pacific time zone as I am based in the central so when my day is over at 8p, the eve's just starting at 6 out there. Excited to meet ya all. Let me hear from you.
